We have a strict policy according to exchanges. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Everything on our site is considered FINAL SALE.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer - Contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept. We offer our size chart on every item, so that our customers are aware of the exact dimensions.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@jerghats.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
with motive we exchange the product for you and refund the cost of shipping only. If you ordered the wrong product, we will not be able to exchange it as it is the customers responsibility.
